“Very happy to share our beautiful integrated Cell Systems paper led by the brilliant Maximilian Strobl doing both the modeling and experiments.

To modulate or to skip: De-escalating PARP inhibitor maintenance therapy in ovarian cancer using adaptive therapy.

We discovered that it’s far better to dose modulate PARP inhibitors than take treatment holidays!

This was only possible with the brilliant joint mentorship from Mehdi Damaghi and Philip Maini. Special shout out to Robert Wenham, Gatenby Lab, and Centre for Evolutionary Therapy for funding!”
