Quality of life in childhood cancer survivors is largely affected by survivorship care and transition from treatment to long-term follow-up (LTFU).
Together with the family representatives, on behalf of AIEOP’s Late Effects Working Group, a questionnaire was developed for the assistance of childhood cancer survivors, evaluating the availability of services in Italy, and distributed among the AIEOP: Associazione Italiana Ematologia Oncologia Pediatrica centers.
