  • 5 to 10% develop cardiomyopathy/heartfailure
  • cardiotoxicity associated with adverse outcomes
  • Pre CAR T cardiovascular work up & optimization and close monitoring post CART are crucial
  • Early use of anti-IL-6 agenet
  • Need larger and longer-term data to better understand lasting impact of immunomdulation on the cardiovascular system
