26 men (19β46y, Melanoma, 2 centersπ¦πΊ)
Do ICIs impair male fertility?
Evaluated semen + hormones before vs during treatment.
Results: -Total sperm: 193Mβ127M (β34%, p=0.053) -Concentration: 61β43 M/mL (β30%, p=0.075) -Motility & morphology: unchanged (NS) -FSH β (p=0.04) β NS after excluding 1 azoospermia (<5%, autoimmune orchitis).
Modest, heterogeneous gonadal effect.
Consider sperm banking before ICIs and hormonal monitoring.”
