“Our systematic review on MSS CRC is out on The Oncologist Journal.
We reviewed >50 studies on the topic.
Main findings:
-The ICI monotherapy and ICI-ICI combinations have limited benefits.
-A substantial benefit in patients with lung metastases in several studies.
-Need for biomarkers to refine new trials.”
