Mainak Bardhan: Zero-shot patient-to-trial matching with large language models

Mainak Bardhan, Doctoral Researcher at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, shared a post on X:

“NIH researchers have introduced TrialGPT, an end-to-end framework for zero-shot patient-to-trial matching with large language models.

To run TrialGPT, one needs to first set up the OpenAI API either directly through OpenAI or through Microsoft Azure.”
