“Attention: The CURE K08 and K22 have been reissued! The next due date is February 12, 2025.
Read on to learn more about these awards.
– The K08 provides support and protected time for intensive, supervised research career development experience in the fields of basic, clinical, behavioral, translational, or patient-oriented cancer research, including research on cancer health disparities.
– The K22 assists postdoctoral fellows or individuals in equivalent positions to transition to positions of assistant professor or equivalent and initiate a successful biomedical career as an independent research scientist.
