CRUK’s new equality, diversity and inclusion strategy
Cancer Research UK (CRUK) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Today at Cancer Research UK we have published our refreshed equality, diversity and inclusion strategy. Beating cancer means beating it for everyone and this plan forms a vital part of our mission.
Michelle Mitchell OBE, our chief executive, said: ‘I’m proud of the substantial progress we’ve made since launching our first organisation-wide EDI strategy in 2021 – we’re making a significant impact on the lives of cancer patients and their loved ones.
‘But we’re not complacent. That’s why we’re refreshing our ambitions for the next five years, so we can have an even bigger impact.’
Read our blog to find out more about the work we will be doing across five priority areas to create a charity where everyone feels like they belong, benefits from and participates in the work we do.”
Nick Grant, Executive Director of Strategy and Philanthropy at Cancer Research UK, shared this post, adding:
“We’ve published our refreshed EDI strategy today. It’s central to our plans – how we tackle the unacceptable inequalities in cancer while also building a more inclusive and diverse charity and research community
Beating cancer means beating it for everyone.”
