Stephen V Liu reflected on the OCEAN study published in the Journal of Thoracic Oncology
Quoting Stephen V Liu, Associate Professor of Medicine and the Director of Thoracic Oncology at Georgetown University, on X/Twitter:
”CNS efficacy of osimertinib reported in the OCEAN study in Journal of Thoracic Oncology (JTOCRR). An older study but glad to see it published: 1L osimertinib for EGFR mutant NSCLC with untreated brain metastases (no radiation) had a CNS RR of 77% and CNS PFS of 22m.”
