Maria T Bourlon is an Associate Professor and Head of the Urologic Oncology Clinic at Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición Salvador Zubirán, Mexico. She is the Director of the Genitourinary Cancers Program at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.

Dr. Bourlon is the chair-elect of the American Society of Clinical Oncology IDEA Steering Group and in 2023 received the prestigious ASCO CCF International Women Who Conquer Cancer (WWCC) Mentorship Award. She is on the Editorial Board of OncoDaily.
