“Thrilled to share our newly published study from Simon Powell lab in Nature Communications that reveals RAD52’s role in preventing transcription-replication conflicts.

In this study we show that RAD52 is associated with the transcription complex to help resolve R-loops in a TOP2A dependent manner, preventing genomic instability.
