Dr. Sagar Lonial is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Emory University School of Medicine. He also serves as the Chief Medical Officer of the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University and is the Director of Translational Research in the B-Cell Malignancy Program.
Dr. Lonial is a leading expert in the field of multiple myeloma, with his research centered on developing combination therapies for B-cell malignancies, particularly myeloma. He is the founder and Course Director of the Annual Updates in Hematology and Oncology at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University.
