“What’s the thinking on TBF regimen for CMML/MF overlap? There seemed to be a burst of TBF papers around 2020 for MF and I haven’t seen it mentioned much since. Anyone with experience using it for CMML?
Only with MTX/CNI/[ATG?] or extrapolate to PTCy?
- My typical disclaimer that I think there’s a special place in hell for CMML, what an awful disease.
- Hopefully MSD, presumably extrapolating to 7/8 + MTX/Tac/Aba is a bridge too far…”
