“They say not all MRD negativity in myeloma is created equal, which is true scientifically… … but also how in terms of how hard some patients have persevered to get there.

My patient with completely refractory multiple myeloma and (non-IgM) hyperviscosity who needed biweekly PLEX as part of bridging to get to CAR-T… Now MRD neg at 10^-5 one month later!”

Rahul Banerjee is an assistant professor at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center at the University of Washington. He completed his residency from the University of Pennsylvania health system. He completed his fellowship in haematology and oncology from University of California, San Francisco. He has authored over 70-peer reviewed publications.
