“Using CODA, we map the volumes of pre-cancer lesions in the human pancreas (PanINs).

Though mathematical modeling, we find that PanIN growth is caused by both intraductal spread and fusion of lesions.

These results validate our earlier CODA-informed sequencing results published here.”
