Denis Wirtz: Using CODA, we map the volumes of pre-cancer lesions in the human pancreas

Denis Wirtz, Vice Provost of Research at Johns Hopkins University, shared on X:

“Using CODA, we map the volumes of pre-cancer lesions in the human pancreas (PanINs).

Though mathematical modeling, we find that PanIN growth is caused by both intraductal spread and fusion of lesions.
