Tejas Patil: DeepPT predicts tumor mRNA expression from hematoxylin and eosin slides

Tejas Patil, Thoracic oncologist at University of Colorado Cancer Center, shared a paper by Danh-Tai Hoang et al. on X: 

“Delighted to have contributed the ALK dataset to this AI study in Nature.

DeepPT predicts tumor mRNA expression from H and E slides and ENLIGHT predicts response to targeted and immune therapies from the inferred expression values.”
