Bernd Montag, CEO of Siemens Healthineers, shared on LinkedIn:
“Today we announced our fourth-quarter results, bringing fiscal year 2026 to a close. In Q4, revenue rose by 5.9% to almost €6.8 billion on a comparable basis; the Imaging and Precision Therapy segments contributed to this growth. In fiscal year 2026, revenue rose by 4.0% on a comparable basis.
I am inspired by all that Team Healthineers has accomplished to help address healthcare’s challenges. We deepened the trust our customers and partners place in us, contributed to better patient care, and opened new possibilities for elevating health globally. Recent milestones come to mind: bringing together more than 170 global healthcare leaders from 40 countries at our Executive Summit, introducing our Accela radiotherapy solution to support more personalized cancer treatment, announcing a new collaboration with NVIDIA Healthcare, and opening our new photon-counting sensor-fabrication facility in Forchheim, Germany.
As we invest in areas of future growth, we are focusing our portfolio on areas where we can create the greatest impact through innovation and clinical value.
In October, we announced that our Ultrasound business will concentrate its efforts on procedural imaging, which supports physicians with imaging during minimally invasive interventions to guide treatment.
We can now also share the next steps in preparing our Diagnostics business for a more focused, more independent future – one where the team is well positioned to leverage its strengths across laboratories and point-of-care testing and to offer a differentiated portfolio that meets the evolving needs of healthcare. We are beginning to carve out Diagnostics, supporting its transition to a standalone, fully diagnostics-focused company that will operate under the new brand Olyrian Diagnostics.
With these important developments underway, we remain focused on the opportunities ahead to improve healthcare for the 8 billion people in the world.”
