New Phase 2 NEST Results Support Neoadjuvant BOT+BAL in Colon Cancer – Agenus

Agenus shared on LinkedIn:

“Today updated Phase 2 NEST results reporting longer follow-up with neoadjuvant BOT+BAL in resectable colon cancer was published in Clinical Cancer Research.

The findings add to the clinical and biological rationale for evaluating BOT+BAL earlier in disease, where treatment is delivered with curative intent and the immune system may still be positioned to generate a coordinated anti-tumor response.

Agenus’ planned global Phase 3 ROBBIN trial evaluating neoadjuvant BOT+BAL in curative-intent MSS/pMMR colon cancer is expected to open in Q1 2027.
