“Agenus announced an oversubscribed private placement of up to $340M to advance ROBBIN, its planned registrational Phase 3 trial of neoadjuvant BOT+BAL in high-risk Stage II/III MSS colon cancer.
The financing includes $85M upfront and up to $255M upon warrant exercise.
