NCI Pancreatic Cancer Detection Consortium: Management and Data Coordination Unit

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) is soliciting applications to establish the Management and Data Coordination Unit (MDCU), one of the two scientific components of the Pancreatic Cancer Detection Consortium (PCDC).

The MDCU will support collaborative research on the early detection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and characterization of precursor lesions. Its responsibilities will include study design, protocol development, statistical analysis, data management, coordination of biorepository activities, and organizational and logistical support for the consortium.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Public and state-controlled institutions of higher education are eligible.
  • Private institutions of higher education are eligible.
  • Nonprofit organizations are eligible.
  • State, county, city or township, and special district governments are eligible.
  • Independent school districts and other eligible organizations may apply where permitted by the NOFO.
  • Foreign organizations are not eligible to apply.
  • Non-domestic components of U.S. organizations are not eligible.
