Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate of a recognized non-U.S. or Canadian medical school and completion of a general surgery residency program

If in final residency year: letter from Program Director confirming good standing and on-time graduation

Fluent in English

USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 completed

ECFMG full certification
