This scheme funds collaborative projects where researchers and policy makers work together to define research questions, conduct studies, interpret findings, and implement results into health policy and practice. It answers specific questions to improve health and well-being through changes in how services are delivered, organized, funded, and accessed. Applications are accepted year-round with grant commencement aligned to the relevant peer review cycle for faster post-award administration.
Eligibility Criteria:

Applicant team includes researchers and partner organizations/policy makers committed to co-design, delivery, and implementation.

Administering Institution is eligible under NHMRC requirements and agrees to manage the grant.

Complete application submitted via Sapphire, including required CV/profile information and forms.

Partners provide appropriate cash and/or in-kind support as specified by scheme guidance.

Compliance with NHMRC policies and any Administering Institution requirements.
