Funding for Leong Scholars conducting research that advances child health equity. Awards are administered through Restracomp/CSTP; applicants should select “child health equity” in the keywords section of the application.
Eligibility Criteria:

Current Leong Scholars conducting research related to child health equity.

Must apply via Restracomp (graduate trainees/postdocs) or CSTP (clinical research fellows) and meet the platform’s baseline eligibility (e.g., SickKids supervisor appointment/status as defined by Restracomp/CSTP).

Work must align with improving equity in child health (e.g., genetics, environment, social determinants, access to care and outcomes).
Funding Details:

CAD $35,000 per year for up to 2 years (Master’s level).

CAD $35,000 per year for up to 5 years (PhD level).
