Princess Margaret Global Oncology Fellowship

One-year, fully funded Global Oncology fellowship based at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre (Toronto) and Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital (Ife, Nigeria). Includes dual mentorship, a required research project, participation in PM’s Global Cancer Program and ARGO activities (including the ARGO Symposium), and completion of the GOLD leadership program.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution. 

  • ≥2 years of postgraduate training in medical oncology, radiation oncology, or surgery in the U.S. or Canada. 

  • Demonstrated research experience and engagement in international partnerships. 

  • Strong, stated interest in global oncology. 

Funding Details:

  • Fully funded by Princess Margaret Global Cancer Program. 

  • Salary commensurate with experience. 

  • Seed grant to support the fellow’s research project. 

  • Encouraged to seek external support (e.g., University of Toronto Hold’em for Life Oncology Fellowship).
