
Pittsburgh Cure Sarcoma Grant Application
Pittsburgh Cure Sarcoma (PCS) is dedicated to raising awareness and funding innovative sarcoma research in the Pittsburgh region and beyond. PCS invites proposals for grants ranging from 5,000 USD to 40,000 USD. Up to 5% of each award may cover overhead or direct salary support. Non-regional investigators are welcome to apply only in collaboration with a Pittsburgh-based researcher.
Eligibility Criteria:

Applicant type: Investigators at nonprofit or academic institutions.

Geographic focus: Projects led by Pittsburgh-area researchers; external applicants must partner with a local investigator.

Research scope: Sarcoma studies in any discipline (basic, translational, clinical, epidemiological).

Overhead cap: Up to 5% of the requested budget.

Grant size: 5,000 USD – 40,000 USD.

Use of funds: Direct research expenses; up to 5% for overhead/salary support.

Renewals: Applicants may request additional funding for previously funded PCS projects.
