
ASH: Clinical Research Training Institute in Latin America (CRTI)
The CRTI in Latin America is an intensive, two-day in-person workshop that helps early- to mid-career hematology professionals in Latin America develop foundational skills in clinical research. The program includes didactic lectures, small group peer-review sessions, one-on-one mentoring, and proposal development. It is designed to strengthen participants’ capabilities to lead patient-oriented research in hematology and encourages long-term academic growth and collaboration.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:

Be a clinician (physician, nurse, psychologist, etc.) with a clinical practice in classical or malignant hematology

Be a fellow or faculty member within 15 years of their first faculty appointment
-
Be fluent in English (spoken and written)

Live and work in one of the following Latin American countries:
Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela

Complete all paperwork including COI and confidentiality agreements
