The West Virginia Oncology Society (WVOS) 2025 Fall Conference will take place on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (EDT) at the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place in Morgantown, West Virginia. This annual event brings together oncology professionals from across the state to discuss the latest clinical updates, emerging treatment strategies, and the impact of national health policies on local oncology practice.
Designed as a collaborative forum, the conference will feature expert-led discussions and practical sessions aimed at improving cancer care delivery and addressing current challenges faced by providers in West Virginia. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with thought leaders, network with peers, and explore actionable strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
Provider registration is open to licensed physicians, nurses, pharmacists, physician assistants, social workers, administrators, and other allied health professionals working in oncology care. The program offers 1.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and 1.75 nursing contact hours, accredited through Physicians’ Education Resource, LLC in partnership with WVOS.
