The 44th National Oncology Congress and 13th International SMeO Congress 2026 , organized by the Mexican Society of Oncology (SMeO), will take place on 4–7 November 2026 at Expo Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico.

The congress will bring together oncology professionals, researchers, and healthcare specialists for an educational and scientific program focused on advances in cancer treatment, emerging therapeutic approaches, precision medicine, and multidisciplinary collaboration in oncology.
