The SIOP 2027 Annual Congress, organized by the International Society of Paediatric Oncology (SIOP), will take place from September 8–11, 2027, at ICC Sydney in Sydney, Australia.

The congress will bring together the global pediatric oncology community for four days of scientific exchange, collaboration, and discussion focused on advancing outcomes for children and adolescents with cancer.

The annual congress provides a multidisciplinary platform for clinicians, researchers, nurses, allied health professionals, patient advocates, and other specialists involved in pediatric oncology. The 2027 meeting will provide opportunities to explore the latest developments in pediatric and adolescent cancer research and care, share new findings, and connect with colleagues from around the world. SIOP has indicated that further information about the scientific programme will follow closer to the congress.

Sydney was selected to host the 2027 congress, with the meeting expected to bring the international pediatric oncology community together in Australia for discussions spanning research, clinical care, education, and collaboration.
