The SIOG 2026 Annual Conference, organized by the International Society of Geriatric Oncology (SIOG) will take place on 5–7 November 2026 in Valencia, Spain, under the theme “A Global Call to Action: From Vision to Impact in Geriatric Oncology.”

The conference will bring together the global geriatric oncology community to address persistent barriers in cancer care for older adults and translate scientific knowledge into meaningful improvements in practice. The programme will cover therapeutic trials, the biology and epidemiology of cancer and ageing, implementation strategies, supportive care, and education in geriatric oncology. Through expert-led sessions and international collaboration, the meeting aims to strengthen professional networks, generate new ideas, and advance equitable, evidence-based care for older people living with cancer.
