The workshop “Practicing the New Healthcare Intelligence in Oncology: Neuro-Somatic, Noetic Medicine, and Holistic Care in Action” will be held on October 27, 2025 at the SIO 2025 Annual Meeting.

Orginized by the Society for Integrative Oncology (SIO) in collaboration with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, this hands-on session is designed for oncology healthcare professionals seeking to integrate neuro-somatic and noetic medicine principles into cancer care. It offers practical approaches to assess patients’ neurobiological states, expand their coping abilities for stress and anxiety, and incorporate holistic healing narratives, including spiritual and mental health dimensions. The workshop also emphasizes self-care techniques for healthcare providers. Participants will gain evidence-based knowledge to enhance both patient care and personal wellbeing.

This workshop presents a unique opportunity for oncologists, oncology nurses, and cancer care professionals to deepen their understanding of holistic approaches and apply them within their clinical practice.
