The Evidence-Based Radiation Oncology course, organized by the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO), will be held on 19–23 October 2026 at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia in Sofia, Bulgaria, with an online attendance option.

Primarily designed for trainee radiation oncologists, the course may also benefit medical physicists and radiation therapists seeking an overview of evidence-based practice across major tumour sites. Through 31 hours of lectures, statistical teaching, critical appraisal, and small-group case discussions, participants will examine radiotherapy for breast, lung, prostate, rectal, head and neck, central nervous system, gynaecological, gastric, and oesophageal cancers, as well as palliative radiotherapy.
