The Level 2 Advanced Course on Pancreatic Cancer Surgery, organized by the European Society of Surgical Oncology (ESSO), will take place on 22–23 October 2026 at VGR Campus Nya Varvet in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The course will focus on the latest multidisciplinary and surgical approaches to borderline, locally advanced, and other pancreatic malignancies, including vascular resections, anastomotic techniques, complication management, and surgical decision-making. Educational activities will include case-based lectures, multidisciplinary discussions, video sessions, and a hands-on 3D model workshop. The course is intended for senior surgical residents, HPB fellows, and consultant surgeons.
