The OPN Southwest Chapter Conference 2026, organized by the Oncology Pharmacy Network (OPN), will take place on October 17, 2026, at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Designed for hematology/oncology pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, students, residents, and other oncology pharmacy professionals, the one-day meeting will focus on evidence-based strategies to improve cancer care and strengthen collaboration across oncology pharmacy.

Sessions will cover evolving cancer drug therapy, oncology pharmacy career pathways, pharmacist-led research, DPYD genotyping and fluoropyrimidine safety, drug approval and patient access, site-of-care dynamics, transplant-associated thrombotic microangiopathy, and ERBB2 mutations in solid tumors, alongside networking discussions and a reception. The conference offers up to 6.0 ACPE Pharmacy credits.
