The “Oncology 101: An In-Depth Hematology and Oncology Review for Advanced Practice Providers” is a two-and-a-half-day virtual continuing education conference, presented by Horizon CME in partnership with APAO, scheduled for April 23–25, 2026.

The program is designed to provide new or transitioning Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), nurses, and pharmacists in oncology with a crucial foundational knowledge base in the specialty. The course offers an in-depth review of topics essential for the multidisciplinary oncology team, including benign and malignant hematologic disorders, solid malignancies, cancer therapies, precision medicine/biomarkers, and supportive care strategies like pain management, nutrition, and oncologic emergencies.
