The 2026 NNECOS Annual Meeting & Palliative Care Symposium, organized by the Northern New England Clinical Oncology Society (NNECOS), will take place on 6–7 November 2026 at the Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire.

The programme will address palliative care, communication in serious illness, cancer-related financial toxicity, rural oncology, gynecologic malignancies, chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, fertility preservation, leukemia, thrombosis, financial navigation, and AML management in rural settings.

Early registration rates are available through 19 August 2026, and those who register by this date will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary hotel night. Discounted accommodation rates range from $229 to $359 per night, with a reduced $25 resort fee, and room requests must be made through NNECOS during registration.
