The MOS 2026 Fall Conference, organized by the Missouri Oncology Society (MOS), will take place on October 6, 2026, from 5:15 PM to 8:30 PM CT, at Le Méridien St. Louis Clayton in Clayton, Missouri.

The in-person evening conference will bring together oncology professionals from across Missouri for education, networking, dinner, and discussion focused on advancing cancer care. The programme will address local healthcare disparities, emerging therapies, practice-management challenges, and practical strategies to improve patient outcomes, while also creating opportunities for collaboration among oncology professionals and industry partners.
