The 11th Monaco Age Oncologie (MAO 2027) – Cours Francophone d’Oncogériatrie will take place on 27–29 January 2027 at the Monte-Carlo Congress Centre, Fairmont Monaco, in Monaco.

The meeting will bring together more than 600 healthcare professionals, including oncologists, geriatricians, nurses, and other specialists involved in the care of older adults with cancer.

The multidisciplinary programme will address major updates across organ-specific cancers, vaccination for patients receiving chemotherapy, cancer pain management, nutrition and physical activity throughout the care pathway, the use of artificial intelligence in older patients, biological versus chronological aging, and the future of geriatric oncology.

The congress is supported by an international scientific and organizing committee and includes the Michel Hery Prize, scientific sessions, expert discussions, and opportunities for professional exchange.
