The IMOS Fall Medical Meeting 2026, organized by the Illinois Medical Oncology Society (IMOS), will take place on October 23, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Le Méridien Chicago – Oakbrook Center in Oak Brook, Illinois.

The half-day conference will bring together oncology professionals from across Illinois for updates on ASCO developments, oncologic emergencies in the outpatient setting, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, bispecific antibodies in breast and gastrointestinal cancers, and advance care planning. Speakers include Robin Zon, Sri Ramalingam, Shuo Ma, Sandra Cuellar, and John M. Wagner.

The meeting is intended for physicians, fellows, and allied health professionals and also offers $350–$450 attendance stipends for eligible fellows, residents, and non-physician oncology care team members.
