The IMMUNOLOGY2026 meeting, hosted by The American Association of Immunologists (AAI), is the leading annual all-immunology event worldwide, scheduled to take place from April 15 to 19, 2026, in Boston.

This event is designed to present and discuss cutting-edge research across all areas of immunology, featuring a comprehensive program that includes a President’s Program, Distinguished Lectures, Major Symposia, and a NextGen Immunologists Day.

The meeting provides opportunities for scientists and clinicians to present their findings through abstract submissions, with the second regular abstract submission window open until December 16, 2025. Registration for the event will open shortly thereafter on December 17, 2025.
