IIT Madras – International Conference on Cancer Biology 2027 (ICCB 2027)

Feb 4, 2027 - Feb 6, 2027
IIT Madras

The International Conference on Cancer Biology 2027 (ICCB 2027) will take place from February 4–6, 2027, at the TTJ Auditorium, ICSR, Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras), in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Organized by the Hyundai Centre for Cancer Genomics and the National Cancer Tissue Biobank at IIT Madras, the conference will bring together researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals to discuss advances in cancer biology, molecular mechanisms, genomics, and emerging therapeutic strategies.

Held under the theme “Genomics, Molecular Mechanisms and Novel Therapeutics,” ICCB 2027 aims to encourage scientific exchange, strengthen international research collaborations, and support the translation of basic cancer discoveries into clinical applications.

The scientific program will address ten major research areas, including cancer genomics, childhood cancers, cancer stem cells, cancer vaccines, tumor organoids, pharmacogenomics and personalized medicines, functional genomics, cell cycle and apoptosis, metastases and drug resistance, and in vivo model systems.

The three-day conference will feature keynote lectures, thematic symposia, poster presentations, workshops, and networking opportunities. These activities are designed to connect specialists from different areas of cancer research and encourage discussion of new approaches to understanding cancer development, progression, and treatment.

ICCB 2027 is intended for cancer biologists, oncologists, molecular biologists, clinical researchers, PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, and biotechnology professionals.

Abstract submissions are scheduled to close on December 1, 2026, with acceptance notifications expected on January 1, 2027.
