The 12th European Congress on Head and Neck Oncology (ECHNO 2027) will take place from March 3–6, 2027, in Berlin, Germany.

Organized under the auspices of the European Head and Neck Society (EHNS), with the German Interdisciplinary Head and Neck Group (IAG-KHT) representing the German host community, ECHNO is one of the major European meetings dedicated to multidisciplinary head and neck oncology.

The 2027 congress will bring together specialists from across head and neck cancer care and research to discuss advances in surgery, systemic therapy, radiation oncology, imaging, pathology, biomarkers, liquid biopsy, immunotherapy, artificial intelligence, personalized treatment, and interdisciplinary care.

The scientific programme will feature keynote presentations, round tables, proffered paper sessions, partner-society sessions, industrial symposia, poster presentations, and a new series of 18 instructional courses focused on practical skills in head and neck cancer care.
