The 2026 Advances in Chronic Graft-Versus-Host Disease: Translating Evidence into Practice conference, organized by Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), will take place on October 30, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, at the Zuckerman Research Center in New York City.

This one-day, in-person multidisciplinary programme will focus on improving the understanding and management of adult and pediatric chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD).

Experts from hematology, transplantation, dermatology, ophthalmology, gynecology, pulmonology, pharmacy, dentistry, nutrition, and supportive care will address the biology of cGVHD, organ-specific manifestations, systemic therapy selection and sequencing, patient-reported outcomes, oral cancer screening, pharmacy considerations, AI-driven clinical data mining, digital tools for GVHD care, and development of multidisciplinary GVHD clinics.

The programme also includes interactive case discussions, adult and pediatric management sessions, a debate on combination therapy, and a networking reception. Stephanie Lee, MD, MPH, of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, will deliver the keynote address. The activity offers up to 7.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, as well as eligible ABIM, ABP, and ABS MOC/CC credits.
