ASCO 2026: Key Highlights for Stomach/Gastric Cancer Patients

The GI Cancers Alliance, serving as the global, collective voice for the gastrointestinal cancer community, is co-hosting an international webinar to provide an overview of the most important gastric and gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer research presented at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting.
Scheduled for June 9, 2026, this collaborative event features an esteemed panel of international experts—including Dr. Yelena Janjigian (Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center), Dr. Samuel Klempner (Harvard Medical School), Dr. Elena Elimova (Princess Margaret Cancer Centre), and Patient Advocate Frank Blandon—who will break down key findings, explain their implications for patients, and highlight how new data may influence future treatment decisions and care.
Hosted alongside global patient advocacy organizations including Debbie’s Dream Foundation, the Gastric Cancer Foundation, Hope for Stomach Cancer, My Gut Feeling, No Stomach for Cancer, and Stomach Cancer UK, the session will conclude with a live Q&A, with an on-demand recording made available post-event.
