The 28th European Congress on Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO 2027) will take place from February 25–27, 2027, in London, UK.

Organized by the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO), the annual congress brings together healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry representatives to discuss the latest scientific developments, clinical innovations, and best practices in gynaecological cancer care.

The congress will feature high-quality scientific sessions, expert-led discussions, multidisciplinary exchange, interactive sessions, surgical videos, practical workshops, and guideline presentations. ESGO also highlights opportunities to connect with leading specialists and share the latest research, with more than 1,000 abstracts expected across the congress programme.

The meeting will also host the ESGO Examination in Gynaecological Oncology, which will take place in person during the London congress.
