The EACR 2027 Congress, organized by the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR), will take place on June 14–17, 2027, at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC) in Barakaldo, Bilbao, Spain.

The four-day congress will bring together the international cancer research community for presentations and discussion across basic, preclinical, and translational cancer research, with the aim of sharing new findings, encouraging scientific exchange, and building collaborations across disciplines.

EACR’s annual congress typically spans areas such as cancer biology, genomics and epigenetics, tumour microenvironment, immunology, metastasis, biomarkers, prevention and early detection, precision oncology, and therapeutic development.
