The 2026 CPTAC Scientific Symposium, hosted by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Office of Cancer Clinical Proteomics Research (OCCPR) and the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC), will take place on 21 September 2026, from 10:30 AM to 5:20 PM ET.

Public participants will join virtually, while CPTAC consortium and NIH members may attend in person at the NCI Shady Grove campus. The symposium will showcase recent discoveries enabled by large-scale proteomic and genomic data, with scientific presentations spanning translational research, tumor biology, data analysis, and cancer research resources.

CPTAC’s broader work focuses on advancing proteogenomic science and technology to improve cancer prevention, early detection, diagnosis, and treatment. Registration is available through the NCI event platform.
