Call-on Congress by Fight Colorectal Cancer

Now in its 20th year, Call-on Congress is Fight Colorectal Cancer’s (Fight CRC) signature advocacy event – founded on Nancy Roach’s belief that patients must have a seat at the policy table. Each year, patients, survivors, caregivers, and healthcare professionals gather in Washington, D.C. to meet with lawmakers, share their stories, and drive policy change.
Registration Includes:
- Fight CRC swag bag
- Virtual and in-person advocacy training
- Exclusive advocacy resources
- Scheduled congressional meetings
- Meals (Mon: breakfast and lunch | Tue: breakfast and dinner)
Preparation Tips:
- Review training materials and key talking points in advance
- Join the Community of Champions for updates, hotel info, and volunteer opportunities
- Wear blue! Casual for training, business casual for Capitol Hill, and comfortable shoes
Hotel and Scholarships:
Discounted hotel rooms are available for $185/night.
Scholarships are offered to make attendance accessible:
- Advocate Travel Scholarship for adults
- Junior Advocate Leadership Scholarship for youth (ages 13–18) and a parent/guardian.
