The 20th St.Gallen International Breast Cancer Conference (SGBCC 2027) will take place from March 17–20, 2027, at the Austria Center Vienna in Vienna, Austria.

The anniversary edition will focus on “Primary Therapy of Patients with Early Breast Cancer: Evidence, Controversies, Consensus” and will bring together international experts to discuss the latest evidence shaping the treatment of early breast cancer.

SGBCC is particularly notable for its St.Gallen International Breast Cancer Consensus Session, where an international panel of breast cancer specialists discusses challenging issues in early breast cancer and develops evidence-based recommendations. The resulting St.Gallen Breast Cancer Consensus Guidelines are subsequently published internationally.

The 2027 scientific programme will cover relevant facets of early breast cancer care, alongside state-of-the-art lectures and debates on controversial and emerging treatment questions.
