The 20th St. Gallen International Breast Cancer Conference 2027 will take place from March 17–20, 2027, in Vienna, Austria.

Organized by the St. Gallen Oncology Conferences, the meeting will bring together international experts in breast oncology to discuss current evidence, emerging research, and treatment strategies for patients with early breast cancer.

The conference will focus on the latest developments in early breast cancer management, including multidisciplinary treatment decisions, molecular subtypes, systemic therapies, surgery, radiation therapy, biomarkers, and personalized approaches to optimize patient outcomes.
